The following code of rules is written to govern
the sport of Staredown by the National Association of Staredown
Professionals (N.A.S.P.) and shall be enforced at all N.A.S.P.
sanctioned events. N.A.S.P recognizes that many amateur and non-
professionals participate in Staredown, and we are happy to make
our rules available as widely as possible. It is important to
remember that specifications as to rings, set-ups, etc., may be
modified to meet the needs of each group. However, officials and
organizers of independent leagues and tournaments should insist
on strict observance of all the rules governing the play.
Staredown is not only a national pursuit, it is the world's game
and it is up to international, national and local administrative
officers respect the discipline of its code of rules in order for
the sport to continue to grow.
Thank you,
Ernie Armstrong
Founder and Commissioner of
The National Association of Staredown Professionals
